Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following Validation of submission data and supporting documentation Verification of billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs Review performance outliers and perform sample performance manual calculation checks Obtain approvals from sales leaders; Approval status from management and audit notes Creation of a payroll-load-ready payout file and assist in payout data integrity checks Administrative support to audit ~350 annual SPIF submissions, generating ~$50M top-line Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
