About Us
We are a growing company with approximately 250 employees, looking for a motivated student or early-career professional to join our team as a  Part-Time HR Assistant . This role is perfect for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources while balancing school or other commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS system


• Assist with recruiting by reviewing resumes and screening applicants


• Make phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews


• Help with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed


• Provide general support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Professional communication skills (phone, text, and email)


• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly


• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
