Job Title: Oracle OIC/ APEX Developer


Location: Dallas, TX fully onsite 5 days/ week


Duration: Long-term contract

Absolute Must-Haves

1. 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience building and supporting enterprise integrations.
2. Strong Oracle APEX development experience (8+ years preferred) with the ability to build applications end-to-end.
3. Front-end development experience within Oracle APEX , including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS customization.
4. Strong PL/SQL development skills , including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
5. Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs .
6. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications with internal and third-party systems.
7. Ability to design and build OIC orchestrations, integration flows, scheduled processes, and file-based integrations .
8. Experience working with common OIC adapters such as REST, SOAP, Database, FTP/SFTP, and Kafka .
9. Senior-level hands-on developer who is actively coding and troubleshooting complex technical issues, not solely serving in an architect or management role.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience
• OIC Gen 3
• OCI experience
• Oracle certifications
• BI Publisher / OTBI
• Redwood experience

What the Manager Cares About Most


OIC → APEX → PL/SQL → Oracle Fusion → OM (preferred). If a candidate is strong in OIC and APEX with Oracle Fusion exposure, they should be considered even if their Order Management experience is limited.
