Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking a Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p + call 1:5
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology procedures in the clinic, Labor and Delivery and Operating Room Gynecological cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Licensure Required: Must have an active Washington license
