This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the project management field to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in coordinating projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Track project budgets and expenses under supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
