We are seeking a full-time team member to bring energy and enthusiasm to our vibrant resort!Job Summary:As an Activities Coordinator, you will…Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, dinners, and crafts.Set-up and clean-up after events.Maintain a sheet tracking attendance for each activity.Train team members and volunteers.Distribute the weekly newsletter to resort guests.Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School Education.Experience in event or recreational planning preferred. (Think planning sorority or fraternity events.)Enjoys working with adults and children of all ages.Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.Valid driver's license.Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.Ability to multitask.Flexible schedule.
